The full note

Hey,

When there’s still a lot you want to change, it can be hard to give yourself credit for anything you’ve already done.

You finish one thing and immediately see the next.

You handle a difficult week, then judge yourself by the work that’s still waiting.

There’s always more to do.

If that becomes the only thing you notice, you can spend a long time feeling like your effort isn’t getting you anywhere.

Think about something you handle better now than you used to.

Maybe you speak up sooner, take better care of yourself, or make a decision you would have kept putting off.

Those changes matter.

They affect how you move through an ordinary day, even when there’s nothing obvious to celebrate.

This week, write down one thing you’re handling better than you did a year ago.

Give yourself a moment to recognize what it took to get there.

You can want more for your life and still appreciate the work you’ve already put into it.

Have a great week. Let’s keep building.
