JDAnalitico.com and The Architect Letter at newsletter.jdanalitico.com are operated by Chris Diaz, known as JD "Analitico", in his individual capacity. This policy describes how personal information is handled in connection with these services.

Information we receive

When you subscribe to The Architect Letter, we receive your email address and any information you choose to provide. When you contact us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Our website hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, page requests, and access times to deliver and protect their services. Website technologies may use cookies or similar storage for functionality and security.

We use Kit to deliver the newsletter and manage subscriptions. Kit provides signup and email engagement reporting, including email opens and link clicks. Open reporting uses small tracking images; email software and security services can affect its accuracy. These reports help us understand and improve our communications.

We use information to provide requested newsletters, manage subscriptions and opt-outs, respond to messages, operate and protect our services, and meet applicable obligations.

Service providers

HostGator hosts the website. Kit manages newsletter subscriptions and email delivery. Information is processed by these providers in connection with those services. Kit describes its handling of subscriber information in its Data Processing Addendum and its own practices in its Privacy Policy.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.

Your choices and requests

You can stop newsletter emails using the unsubscribe link in an email. You can contact Info@JDAnalitico.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including obtaining a copy of your information, restricting or objecting to certain processing, withdrawing consent where processing relies on consent, or complaining to a data protection authority.

Browser settings can limit or delete cookies. Email privacy settings can limit automatic image loading. These controls do not necessarily prevent all information collection, and blocking images does not prevent link-click reporting.

Retention

We keep subscription records while you remain subscribed. We review unnecessary subscriber history and closed correspondence annually and remove information no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations.

Unsubscribing stops newsletter delivery; it does not automatically delete all historical records. We retain the opt-out information needed to honor your request and avoid unwanted emails. Verified deletion requests are reviewed individually, taking account of applicable obligations. Service-provider logs and backups may follow separate retention processes rather than being erased immediately with an active record.

International processing and security

We operate in the United States. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, whose privacy laws may differ from yours. Kit's Data Processing Addendum describes its applicable transfer safeguards.

No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Audience and children's information

The Architect Letter is intended for adults. Its signup form does not request or verify age. Some music and other website content may appeal to families. Please contact Info@JDAnalitico.com if you have a concern about personal information a child has submitted so that we can review and address it under applicable requirements.
